Sanjay will focus his efforts on growing the client base in the U.S. while helping M&A professionals structure bespoke R&W / M&A insurance policies for their transactions. Sanjay has extensive M&A experience at top U.S. private equity law firms including Ropes & Gray, Morgan Lewis, and Akin Gump and is an attorney in good standing with the New York bar.
